  Called Polestar late on a Friday, because our heater stopped working. They still were able to send out their technician. Ernesto called when he was on his way, right in line with the appointment time. He explained that our unit was almost 20 years old and was getting near replacement time. He walked me through everything he was doing, and within 30 minutes or so, had it up and running and the price was great as well. I will definitely use Polestar for future services in HVAC and plumbing going forward, and request Ernesto when possible.

  1.14.19- once again top notch 5 star service from Polestar. We use them for all heating/cooling and plumbing needs. They are always honest and fix the issue without forcing you into an expensive fix.
  
  Brian came today and was fantastic. Fixed an issue with our heater than has existed for multiple years. First time the gas part of our heater worked properly!
  
  Loni was prompt and very courteous. He spent over 1.5 hours ensuring the unit was running properly and walked me through each step. I will definitely use Polestar for my Heating and AC going forward.

  Awesome people here. They gave us a great deal on a new hot water heater which works fantastic! Friendly and knowledgeable staff and they even followed up afterward. A company that truly focuses on the relationship which is very important to us. They've earned our business!

  The polestar team did a great job. Punctual, efficient, knowledgeable and flexible. They were very protective of our home( wearing booties) and being careful of the wall and stairs moving the new water heater in and the old one out. They cleaned up and left nothing behind. Would definitely use again.
