He’s always improving upon a dynamic teaching style that’s geared for those looking to compete, learn self-defense, or anything in between. He has high expectations of his students which enables growth on, and off the mat. You’ll also join a humble community of guys and gals who are not only really skilled, but crazy kind and down to earth. Those are just a few reasons why training here is special.

  One of the many things I really like about Atos WC, is that I get to spar with the professor on a regular basis, I think that's kind of rare in BJJ these days. Additionally there are some extremely talented and friendly brown and purple belts to help me improve as well. The facility is nice and the mats are meticulously cleaned. Atos has a welcoming atmosphere, stop in check them out, you'll love it there.
