  I have used Honda of Hackettstown twice for a new car. The second time was when I totaled my first car. They were amazing both times. They were extremely patient while doing my test drive and allowed me to drive around as much as I needed to assure I was comfortable with my decision. The whole process from walking in the door to leaving with my new car took only a few hours. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car!

  Had an air bag recall performed there. The staff were helpful with contacting me and arranging a time for me to come. The Tech who did the service did with the time I was told it would be done and returned my car well taken care of.

  We bought a 2018 Honda Civic. They bent over backwards to accommodate us. We leased the car for a first month's payment of $249 out the door. No other money down. The vehicle gets free oil changes for life. This car is a basic model, gets 36 MPG, included is blue tooth, and back up camera. The residual on the car is $11,600. The value of the car in 3 years will be over $1400.00 The car is for my wife, we got a great deal. I recommend this place highly.
  
  PS, This is the second car we bought here. My son bought a 2015 Civic in 2016 and he got a great deal too. This was the easiest car dealership I've ever delt with.

  Matt and Mo took care of my concerns in a best possible way. I can say I am very satisfied with how they addressed my issue. Thank you for your great customer service . I appreciate you putting the customer first . Does not happen everyday when we deal with car dealerships these days .
