  Perfect place for kids. Lots of people go there and there are a lot of kids. Great place for the little ones.

  How dare they encourage kids to be kids!? This is one of the last remaining national treasures that teaches children to explore, get dirty(in moderation), and get outside to play. As a helicopter parent myself I quickly found excuses why I didn't want to take them. I'm glad we took a leap of faith and were able to see this! My kids were running, jumping, touching, falling, and most importantly... Laughing! The kids loved it, and we were watchful eagle eyed parents, but the confidence the kids had from this just had us puzzled. We've been back 10+ times since and we live almost 45 minutes away!

  This is THE PLACE to visit. It is unlike any other park you have seen. Bring lunch and some coffee because you will be here for a while. Your kids will go crazy with all the cool things to explore. It's like the outdoor places we used to play in before everything got over developed. This is that type of environment. Prepare to watch you child's face light up in pure amazement and awe. I just wish some of the things were Daddy size! The clubhouse tower looks really cool, I just don't fit.

  The perfect place for a day out in the sun. They have picnic tables next to the parking lot, there is a great trail that takes you for a walk or to Heritage Farm, there are so many things to play with and most importantly water! Bring extra pair of clothes for your kids! It is one of our favorite parks so far, everyone loves getting in the sand, making sand burgers, pumping water, climbing on rocks, making music and so many other stuff.

  Absolutely adored this park. Hate that we found it so late in the year. Would have made for great summer day getaways. To me, for a five year old, it beats any indoor playground, any amusement park or structured extracurricular class. So much fun, educational and engaging.
