  I've used bicycle shack for years to rent bike when coming to KC to do the tour de cure. The people that work there are very friendly. I've always for the road bike, which are Fuji. Not the most aggressive, but they work great and get the job done. The new location is in a nice neighborhood and never had problems with parking.

  This is a great place to buy a bike, and the only place in Kansas City to rent a bike. Several years ago, they got my 15 year old Trek up and running again, and they were honest and never made me feel bad about it. Since then, both my husband and I have bought new Fuji bikes from them (mine was specially ordered!) and have received top notch service, tuneups, etc. from Jason and his staff.

  Love this bike store! Super nice staff which is not surprising because Jason, the owner, is there most of the time and he's one of the friendliest people on the planet. Great selection of bikes and accessories. I've had great experiences with their repair and tune up services as well.

  O my Lord, what an amazing friendly organized, top of the line shop!!! Love love Love the staff and how they go out of their way to make one feel welcome there! What a great place to not only buy a bike but buy some snacks for the ride, some accessories for the kids, and get yourself acquainted with the community and what rides are available from beginners to advanced.

  First rate service! Jason runs a great business. They are helpful & not pushy. Tanner worked with me today & had timely & useful advice. Nobody looks down his nose at an old woman who likes to cycle despite the fact I don't know the lingo!
