  Probably the best service I received in any auto service places. Will recommend to any one looking for a honest and respectful auto service center. I will take my car there again for service.

  I am a new customer and on a tight budget with an older bmw and I was
  Pleasantly greeted. And when it came down to business I had to trust a new mechanic and business. It’s always tough. But Rocky had the breakdown after doing a check for I had some lights on my dash. As I saw the things needed to be done I was sure this was the right place. For I had a mechanic working for me before I moved here so I knew some ( a little ) of what the car did not need?? And Rocky said I can keep your car running great and Safe I
  Really thought that is important!!
  And so I chose to have my fluids all changed and they fixed the hose I saw was leaking and did some extras wipers, hood was not even on closing
  Also noticed a vent was loose between the hood and windshield. Awesome awesome. I cannot believe how good these guys are!! I am s customer for life
  So Good yes I say very good place!!!

  Was making sales calls in Newport Beach last week for a couple of days, on my last day there before I return to the Bay Area, my Mercedes engine completely turned off. I was in heavy Morning traffic at a stop light when my car went dead. Was able to star it again and pulled into a mall parking lot when it died again. I called a few local Mercedez repair garages, everyone was booked and nobody could see me until the next day. On my fifth call to Bimmer and Benz, Rocky the owner said he would be able to look at it if I had it towed to his place. Triple A towed it to him he said go have lunch and I’ll call you in a couple of hours. When he called me back he said he found the problem could fix it and get me on my way. He was able to find the sensor that I needed and replaced it. When I arrived at his place I was a nervous wreck, he was calm, cool and professional. I settled down after talking him and he said everything would be find. I wished he had a shop in Silicon Valley where I live, I would use and recommend him to all my friends. What a wonderful person to deal with, he’s the Best! When I left it was a very hot day he gave me a couple bottles of cold water???? and said goodbye!

  I'm so glad I found Bummer and Benz to take care of my 2010 Mini Cooper S. Rocky's expertise is apparent and knowing that the work is top quality gives me peace of mind. He patiently and thoroughly explains his findings and estimates, he always offers a loaner car, and he is very friendly. I especially appreciate that he is forthcoming about what needs to be done right away and what can wait. I feel like he's a partner in helping me reach my goal of keeping my beloved Mini as long as possible. Bottom line, I appreciate Rocky's thoroughness, honesty, and excellent customer service.

  Been with Rocky now for a couple of years now. First brought my E90 3 series in for a bumper to bumper tune up and left with what felt like a brand new car, I don't think it ran that good since day delivery was taken! Fair and transparent pricing (I knew what I was paying before work was started, with no 'extra' surprises), exceptional work, very informative and detail oriented in helping me understand the work that was needed and what it did and why, I was never 'not in the know'. After a couple of years of spirited driving with a few visits for oil changes it was time for a more practical approach and I sold the 3 for a X5 and since Rocky has been so good to me, and he is also an authorized dealer alternative ( CHEAPER AND HIGHER QUALITY) my first stop was to see him. Gave him my new (used) X5 for diagnosis, topped off some fluids, discussed future service needs and replaced all four tires with a more comfortable, suitable set for my needs. Waiting area is very clean, current magazines, Kurig coffee machine, refrigerated water/soda, clean bathroom. Big windows that allow you to see into the shop, which is very clean....(one of the cleanest I have ever seen.) Rocky is very outgoing and fun loving. Makes you feel at ease the minute you meet him, treats you with respect and professional courtesy that is so hard to find these days. He values your time as well and will go above and beyond to ensure that your time is not wasted. He does this by offering a free loaner car and/or will even pick you up or drop you off if needed. His shop is close to the freeway and in a nice part of the neighborhood, walking distance to a couple of good places to eat and get coffee if one wished. Bottom line is if you want quality service with a smile and the confidence to know its been done right the first time without breaking the bank, then Rocky and his team at Bimmer and Benz is the place to go.
