We had a house full of guests coming to visit us in a week and a half our AC unit decided to give up!

We called Pacific Comfort Heating & AC because everyone was over pricing us and taking advantage of our situation. These guys came out to do an inspection and they were very honest upfront and professional with us. We called around to check pricing, conferred with friends on their fave brands and expectations, and played the numbers game. It really did need replacing, so we called back and placed the deposit. The next afternoon we had a crane moving units around and soon thereafter, epically cold air!

They even discounted the new unit by the amount we paid for the previous repairs, a wonderful bit of customer service!

Jose and his team were and are AMAZING. A fantastic communicator, educator, and great business owner. Definitely my go-to AC guys from now on!

These guys are great! The work was done very clean and tidy. They were honest and trustworthy guys from the start, gave a very fair and reasonable price for our new AC unit.

Jose and his team were very professional, they have installed a Trane , 16 seer high efficiency system in our house, and ever since then, our electric bills are half the price from before!

My downstairs A/C went out a couple weeks ago. After my brother recommendation I called to set up an appointment with Pacific Comfort Heating & AC. Let me tell you, these guys are great!

I called Monday evening & Tuesday morning Jose showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. Within 5 minutes he know exactly what was wrong (the run capacitor had blown) and even showed me how he could tell using his voltmeter. It was a simple part that he had in his truck. He switched it out and had the system running within 15 minutes of pulling up to my house. There was no attempt to upsell and he was very friendly and informative.

A couple week ago, our tenant called us that there was leaking inside home from ceiling around AC unit. We originally called another company that had installed an new AC condenser this June. Their tech came, first time he said the leaking was caused by the AC filters, which were only one month old. Of course the leaking was not fixed. The same guy came again second time after took a closer look, he said the leaking was caused by rusted coil drain pan. We decided to get a second opinion because clearly these guys didn't know what they were doing, so we called Pacific Comfort Heating & AC Inc. We are SO glad that we picked Pacific Comfort Heating & AC!!!!!!!

Our tech Jose came exactly on time to take a look the leaking, he did careful testing about the drain pan, which was not leaking. Since the AC was off, he can't identify the problem, he is very honest with us. He said the drain pan is fine. But since AC was off, he can't identify the problem and he suggested to schedule another diagnose check, which we did. He came out again and was able to very quickly identify the real problems. He patiently explain to us that the leaking was caused by the poor compatibility between newly installed condenser in June and the existing old coil. The company who installed AC condenser in June never mentioned this issue to us. The only way to get this fixing is to install an new air handler.

Pacific Comfort Heating & AC Inc, gave us very reasonable price and also quickly scheduled the appointment to meet our tenants' time. Jose and two other techs came on time in the morning to install the new air handler. The installation went smoothly and and the system functions properly. After installation was done Jose also called us to answer our questions.

My A/C finally gave up last year, and since my furnace exhaust started leaking, I've been trying to find a good HVAC contractor to service or replace it. I tried one of the big-name outfits, and they tried to upsell me, and then didn't even give me a quote when I wasn't interested in their top-of-the line unit. Another smaller contractor said the job was too complicated and also didn't give me a quote.

Then I found Pacific Comfort Heating & AC and couldn't be happier. Jose took the time to explain my situation and available options, and he never tried upselling. I chose to replace the A/C, furnace, and outside compressor unit, and he gave me a reasonable quote, and stuck to it despite a few unforseen complications, (the one day job took the better part of two days and required some custom work). He kept me updated on the complications and progress as each issue was fixed. All these problems are solved now, and I couldn't be happier with the new unit. I highly recommend these guys and I would give six stars if Google would let me. Look no further, you've found the best HVAC contractor!
