  I research the performance of the insurance companies using Consumer Reports and JD Powers as well as other customer reviews. I make my selection of insurance based on a combination of price and these reviews. So I look for the best rated companies at the best price point. After selecting the insurance companies I want, then I look for agencies offering these companies. The Bechtold Agency carries some of the highly rated companies. The staff at Bechtold are great to work with in structuring my coverage. Since I have not needed to make an insurance claim, I cannot comment on after claim performance.

  I found Chris at Bechtold when I was opening my business in Palatine in 2015. He found the best rates for me and when I had a claim he took care of it right away. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

  Rea Robinson is the best insurance agent! She helped us out tremendously while we were going thru a very difficult home claim. She stayed on top of our concerns and did her due diligence to get the matter rectified. Super nice people that really care about their clients. I would recommend them to everyone for Home, Auto and Business!
