I never thought i would feel comfortable training brazilian jiu-jitsu but i found F2D to be a great place to train with the most welcoming and skilled instructors and training partners. As a woman that enjoys training, we worry about what kind of place we are walking into, but F2D has a respectful group of gentleman  that are always there to help you to improve and have a good time at the same time. Great training partners, a patient head instructor, a variety of amazing coaches and ample opportunities to train- as of now, there are classes 6 days a week and an open mat on Mondays. I absolutely love training here
