  A long trail with some paved sections and some gravel. Lots of wildlife, very scenic for the area. Parts run along the des plains river and others along the I & M canal.

  One of the best asphalt trails that connects on east to Cook County trails with minimal street crossings.

  Best high speed path in the area. Wish there were more.

  Great place to go biking the trails are nice and long. The lakes are clean. The views are beautiful specially during spring, summer and fall seasons.
