  I volunteer with a rescue group and we bring our dogs here plus I bring my own. Doctors are very caring.

  I foster for a local rescue so I'm a regular at the vet. I love the staff and the doctors here. They are helpful and friendly and I always feel confident my pups and kittens are in the best hands.

  After years of taking our dogs to another vet, we were referred to Tidewater Vet by several people. We have consistently been very satisfied with the quality of care and pleasantly surprised by their low costs compared to our prior vets. Today we reached the very tough decision to euthanize our 14 year old companion. During this tough visit, our vet was thorough, careful to explain the options and compassionate. Thank you. Maybe there are other good vets in our area, but we know Tidewater Veterinary Hospiral will always be the one we recommend.

  Cannot say enough good things about the people who work at Tidewater Vet. Response time is phenomenal, care is top rate and they understand how important your four legged member of the family is to you. The doctor's diagnoses are spot on and and when your anxiety level is escalating they calmly quiet your fears and take care of the situation. They also don't push unnecessary expenses on you even though you may be more than willing to pay it.
