  Great customer service both your agency and State Farm.I have dealt with many agencies and companies.Their biggest problems are poor communication...poor follow up...poor training of employees...poor hours...poor organization...and most of all poor customer service.You are much better.Thank you.

  Wonderful agency to work with and have my insurance coverage through. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to explaining my coverage to me when I signed up. I have referred many friends and family to him and they go out of their way to make sure every customer experience is as pleasant as the next.   The difference in many insurance reputable insurance companies is minimal and the service you receive is entirely dependent on your agent and their staff. My experience with this agency has been stellar as both Chad and his staff care about their customers’ needs and are responsive to these needs. The agent and the staff are knowledgeable and communicate with their policy holders timely. As an example, I was involved in an auto accident on a Friday evening (not my fault) and I called Chad personally that evening. He arranged for my vehicle to be towed and for me to pick up a rental vehicle the following morning. Although I have had State Farm Insurance for many years, I have had numerous agents. Chad ranks at the top as far as satisfying customer needs and responsiveness.

  Chad and his agency are amazing! He's been my families agent for the past 5+ years. He goes above and beyond to help with our home life and auto insurance. During the beginning process of our life insurance my husband needed to sign paper for updated information. Chad drove to his job in North Kansas City for him to sign the paper to accommodate his schedule.
  The staff at the agency are friendly, personable, and always professional.
