Excellent classes and clean gym
I have been to the Sea Isle and the Avalon locations and had fantastic experiences at both. The gyms are super clean, have everything you need and have awesome personal trainers.
Cheryl herself is awesome! She is always on the move to help more people but she's laser focused on her clients and always pushes them just right...definitely not too easy, but also not too hard that you can't make it to the beach/happy hour without limping....it's jus the right push!
Can't recommend this place more highly. Check it out!
