Mr. Andre was the absolute BEST from my initial visit throughout he was always responsive, informative, professional and always ready to accommodate me and my family issues.
O am glad I came here and the sertI have received to date.
In today’s society Customer service is fleeting but Mr. Andre made me rethink this statement.

I’d give a 10 star rating if I could. Mr Ross and Ms. D have the best customer service, very helpful and nice. Best storage facility I’ve ever been to!!

This is my third time using life storage in Matteson. The store manager has been nothing but wonderful in assisting me with getting a unit. Great spirits and he's straight forward with the paperwork. Thank you for all your great service.

I called and reserved a parking space online. The price that I was quoted online differed from the offered on site. I called customer service, they reviewed the tapes and stuck by the online quoted price. Andre walked me through, the now convoluted process. He set up phone calls, e mails, and appointments with regional managers to make sure my needs were met and that I was happy. He took the worry and stress out of a stressful situation. He serves as a model to what customer service should always be. Usually, when things don’t go as planned, you call to complain, you get routed to several different people. You tell your story over & over again and you become increasingly frustrated. NONE OF THAT HAPPENED HERE. Andre saw the situation, took ownership & took the appropriate steps to get everything resolved in a timely manner. I can’t say enough good things about. Andre, & the regional manager. I would most definitely recommend this facility. The customer service is outstanding, above & beyond my expectations.
