  A group of guys and I just came here for a running shoe fitting and the five of us bombarded the fit expert, Jessie, who steadfastly gait tested, fitted, and entertained our many many questions; she was super clutch. We went through about half the stores collection of shoes, although Jessie put me in the right pair from the beginning! Jessie and the crew were attentive and fast! Great stuff. I’ll be back!

  This is the best place to buy shoes. They have all the best shoes and associates who know what their best use is. They will tell measure you on a treadmill for what kind of shoe type you need and find you the perfect shoe. I will never go anywhere else so long as they are here.
  Heads up, the lines are usually long when I go, but it is worth the wait.

  I am new to running so I was referred here by a friend. Since I am new to running I needed all the help I could get with picking a shoe. Jessie was great with finding me all the best options that fit my exact needs and she was excellent with giving me her expert opinion on the best shoe for me. The shoe that I ended up picking was a perfect fit and I am confident it will help me as I start running further distances.
  
  If you are a runner and are looking for new shoes I definitely recommend you go to Road Runner Sports.

  Staff was very friendly and the store had everything I needed. They want you to sign up for the loyalty program which works out if you but at least two pair of shoes a year. They did have issues the last time I am there getting me the correct price because they didn't notice my subscription had lapsed so pay attention to the receipt. They were able to get everything worked out, and it just took a little while. The problem seemed more with the point of sale system than with the staff. They made sure that I was happy in the end.
