So far (and I'm very early in my CPAP life) I've had a delightful experience with Sleepcair. My doctor and insurance company decided on my equipment coming from them so I'm not going to delude myself into thinking I have a choice. I was met by a very odd man in the parking lot freaking out over twenty three 1 star reviews trying to keep me from going in. Followed said gentleman inside where he made quite the spectacle and even more an a$$ of himself before swearing he'd skip their help, change his doctor, and call his insurance. Good luck dude, thanks for the entertainment.
I was supposed to be in a week prior but had to call and reschedule due to stomach flu. Sleepcair answered promptly and made no qualms with a quick reschedule. This week I find myself faced with a charming technician, Kendra, that does a stellar job at explaining the Resmed CPAP device. She was terrific, polite, knowledgeable, and made sure no questions remained. I'm scheduled for new supplies every month, 3 months, and 6 months via mail so hopefully those go as smoothly.
Long story short. It's a medical field related equipment business. Don't ask too much of it. They are people too. And they did right by me. Maybe it's because I went thru my doctor and insurance that I didn't have issue. Who knows.
Switched to SleepCair from their competitor, and it has been the best thing ever. They are so much more helpful and tentative to my needs. They are also very knowledgeable about their equipment. Thanks for all you do
