Great company with great products and friendly service! New Firepoof formulation is an outstanding product. We have tried a variety of flame retardants on the market and we have not found anything that works better. Also, this formulation penetrates the fabric extremely well and there is little or no run-off. One complaint to Firetect - the name of this product is "cute" and may seem clever at first glance, but when we tell customers we will be applying a product called "Firepoof," on their curtains they seem unsure whether we are joking. The name should provide credibility - not cuteness with this type of product. Sorry to complain because I think this is a great flame retardant.
