This place works great for me. A guy who needs some structure and instruction to get a good workout. Been going consistently for 4 months and am down 15lbs and gaining stamina.

Easy in easy out. You show up to follow the stations, get the work out done leave feeling accomplished. Plus the trainers are amazing! Billy and Hollie will kick your butt into shape.

It's so convenient with new rounds beginning every three minutes and the fact that it's only a 30 minute workout. Very easy to fit into a busy schedule leaving no room for excuses. ;) I also love how the workouts change daily so different muscles are targeted and it's never mundane. I've been a member almost four years which is the LONGEST I've ever stuck with a exercise program/gym. That in itself speaks volumes of how amazing 9Round is!

I feel so great after my workouts. I came back six month postpartum and the trainers helped me from exactly where I was at my fitness level. Working out makes me a better Mom. And I love that my son can sit in his carseat and watch me be strong as a Mother! Thanks 9round!

I am addicted to 9Round. The six week challenge that I signed up for has been amazing! I have never felt better in my life(I’m talking mind, body and soul) and the support is off the charts. In just 30 minutes I am dripping sweat and feel stronger, what I love most is that I can get up at 5 AM go to the gym and get back home to wake my kids and husband up for the day. The 6 week challenge works!!! If you stick to the plan, you drop your weight and gain that muscle, that simple! They show you what to do and how to do it to get the most out of your workout!!! EXCELLANT PEOPLE!!!! And I’ll continue on after the challenge ends! I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!
