  Manny is a wonderful practitioner of structural integration, and he’s an awesome person. I walked out of my first appointment laughing because my body felt so great. After my 10th appointment, I felt like I had a brand new back. I now highly recommend structural integration, and Manny is the guy. He has an unbelievable understanding of the body and he’s holistic in his approach. People have been commenting on changes to my posture since my first session!

  Manny was great at correcting my back pain and aligning my posture. I’ve tried acupuncture and chiropractics before, but this worked for me. Would highly recommend!

  Highly recommend! Manny helped reintroduce me to the inner workings of my body, and showed me the root causes of my pain and discomfort related to my back and foot pain. In addition to the valuable session work, he showed me some simple methods to keep the good progress going. The whole process was super mind blowing. My body feels totally different now (in a much better way), and the vast majority of my issues have reduced dramatically. If you keep having the same issues again and again, and are frustrated that you are not getting any better, then you should really try Manny.

  I recently finished my 10 part series with Manny & am more than happy with my results as well as the consistency I have seen even after not being back for a few weeks now. I am a 19 year old who dances 25-30 hours each week so I have to be accountable for my body. I also have very severe scoliosis with the apex of the curvature being 47 degrees. I would recommend this to anyone with pain or just anyone who is unhappy with their posture in general but would highly recommend it to anyone who is active, has scoliosis, or both, like myself. Scoliosis isn't something that can be fixed like other problems people may come in with but by working with my Manny my posture has been greatly improved and I have learned valuable skills in how to compensate for my crooked spine. Additionally Manny has scoliosis and lives an active lifestyle so he is very understanding and has great advice to offer. As far as dancing and movement goes, I have had better success with placement and how to use my body as efficiently as possible. My proprioception has improved and overall just have a greater awareness of my body. This would definitely benefit any athlete who wants to perform better and improve their practice. Going to see Manny is definitely worth it and has been very rewarding!

  Since starting my sessions with Manny I have had huge changes in my bodies overall posture in a positive way, and major relief of pain. I have had many sports related injuries over the years and manny has done an incredible job fixing pains and bad habits I have created within my body. Could not be happier with the results I have received from Manny and would recommend anyone. I could not be more grateful to have him so I can continue to train and live life without the stress of body aches and pains.
