  JBMA has been just what our family was looking for. Our children are learning self defense skills, respect and self discipline. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable of mma and how to work and get through to children. The confidence and pride our three children have now is priceless. I also myself a 36 yo mom of three have been training with Sifu Jho and in just 3 short months I have lost weight, gained better coordination and strength that I have never had before. This is coming from a person with no athletic training ever. We are happy to apart of JBMA and hope they are around forerver!

  JBMA is an awesome place to workout....whether you are a beginner or advanced training enthusiast ...JBMA allows you to surpass your goals and expectations. The 3 minutes rounds allow you to challenge yourself. It is a wonderful addition to any workout or training! The trainers are extremely experienced and helpful! This is the route to go for a great workout when you want to mix it up with great cardio and boxing!

  Outstanding teachers and curriculum. Their excitement, drive, and attention to detail pushes you as a student to excel in the dojo. Their adult and youth programs are excellent!

  Our son has been training with JBMA for 3 years and has benefited him mentally and physically. The staff is very knowledgeable and patient with young kids to adults of all ability levels. If your looking for group or private lessons, JBMA has you covered. Highly recommend JBMA for all your training needs.

  Both my girls go here! They started when they were 3. They are now 9 & 6.. It's very family oriented & everyone is froendly. I love the instructors and love the self defense taught in the classes. There's no other place like this!! It truly is a mixed martial arts!! My girls love it!
